  • Google account info (email, name) via Google OAuth, used only to access your Google Sheets/Drive with your permission.
  • Uploaded content: Text, PDFs, images, URLs, and other materials you submit to populate your spreadsheet rows.
  • Agent configurations: Your custom rules or instructions used to guide automation.

b. Automatically Collected Info

  • Basic analytics (e.g. feature usage, error logs) to improve app performance and user experience.
  • No cookies or trackers outside essential app functions.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Processing Inputs: Uploaded text, URLs, and files are processed via third-party LLMs like OpenAI's APIs to extract structured data.
  • Spreadsheet Automation: We format and insert results into your connected Google Sheets.
  • Storage: We do not store your spreadsheet content or file uploads beyond the processing session.
  • Drive Folder Management: If enabled, we help create and organize Google Drive folders linked to spreadsheet rows.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted external providers to power core features:

  • OpenAI (and similar LLM providers): For AI-driven data extraction and formatting.
  • Google APIs: For spreadsheet and Drive integration.
  • Supabase or Firebase (if used): For authentication and session management.

Each provider has its own privacy practices. By using Spreadsheet Agent, you agree to their respective terms.

4. Data Retention

We retain only minimal metadata (like login info or schema definitions) to operate the app.

  • Uploaded data is not stored on our servers.
  • Session data may be temporarily cached during use but is cleared regularly.

We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

5. Your Rights & Choices

  • You can revoke access to your Google account at any time via Google's security dashboard.
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated metadata by emailing us at luke@spreadsheetagent.com.
  • You may configure your spreadsheet agent with minimal input if privacy is a concern—we respect your control.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices:

  • OAuth2 authentication for all Google integrations
  • TLS encryption for data in transit
  • Limited data retention to reduce risk

7. Children's Privacy

Spreadsheet Agent is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
